Hi Everyone,I just got a call from the County that the County is holding a hearing today at 4:00 pm (100 3rd St, Castle Rock) on the below proposal. It appeared unanimous at the Arrowpoint developers hearing at the fire station that our community supported this change. I do think it would be smart for the county to include some required open space in all developments in this zoning change but, even without that, this seems to be a step forward towards what our community has been asking for. If this is approved by the Board, it appears that the only way a lot size can be changed for developments would be a complete rezoning.
