The developers of the Arrowpoint Subdivision Development (the same area as the Franktown Village fight ) are holding a community meeting concerning a development application that’s at the County right now of 80 acres at the southeast corner of 83 and 86. The developers are planning on 19 homes with other changes to that area.

The community meeting will be held:
April 17, 2019 at 6:00 at the Franktown firestation

IMPORTANT to attend.

These development games are getting out of control.

How many times do the property owners of Franktown have to say the same thing month after month and year after year?

If our publicly elected officials can not listen to their constituents it is obviously time to make a change!

We like Franktown the way it is and no one wants all this development here. Listen to your voters folks or your time may be shorter than you think.

I agree with Tim, we like Franktown the way it is. Stop all this development. I don’t want this to turn into another California. Stop all the greed, it’s all about money not about the community and the people who live here in Franktown. Wake up people it’s time to stand up and make your voices heard!
