Most importantly, our community and all of you who live here, is the most amazing place. Despite the weather many people showed up to make sure that the county knows we care about protecting Franktown. Without all of you, I believe Franktown would be another mass density urban area through rezoning. Unfortunately, because I was out and about when I received notice from the developer (not the County as requested) only one hour before the Planning Commission hearing about the continuance!, I couldn’t get to my large emails to notify so many of you about the continuance! I have spoken to supervisors at the County and hope this does not happen again.

BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS: TUESDAY, JANUARY 8, 2019, 2:30, 100 3RD ST., CASTLE ROCK.
I hope to see you all there to show the County we are serious about not wanting any rezoning in Franktown that would increase density. 3 minutes each is allocated for speaking. Even just saying, the citizens of Franktown do not want any rezoning that increases and why you think that’s important (loss of water, density, traffic,etc) is enough if you sign up to speak. The more, the better.
There are things cropping up that perhaps after the first of the year we should get together at the firestation for all of you to get updated. I will let you know.
