Hi Everyone,
The attorney for Independence has requested a continuous of the January 17th hearing for the oral arguments in our Independence appeal to protect our water. This request was necessary because, unfortunately, his daughter has come down with a serious illness.
The oral argument is now set for February 14th at 9:00 AM, at the Colorado Supreme Court at the Ralph Carr Judicial building, 2 E 14th Ave, Denver, CO 80203. There is no way to get a different time or date (barring some extreme circumstance as occurred with Independence’s attorney). The Court picks the date and time. While I recognize this is not an ideal date and time, it is very, very important for us to show up! The Court needs to see us all and our deep concerns about our wells.
