Hi Everyone,
Below I’ve listed the subject, date and time and location for the work sessions for the 2040 CMP. Work sessions are open to the public for listening only. BUT THEY ARE IMPORTANT because you will hear the staff’s position on comments they’ve received from the public and will also hear the Planning Commission’s position on issues vital to us, such as water and keeping Franktown rural. The Planning Commission is the body that decides what will be in the 2040 CMP.
THE CMP IS VERY IMPORTANT BECAUSE THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS LOOKS TO THE CMP FOR GUIDANCE ON THEIR DECISIONS!
As you may be aware (I hope), previous messages I’ve sent have explained what’s going on with the CMP. I’ve sent you copies of the petition that the Franktown Citizens’ Coalition II has sent to the County regarding the Coalition’s position on changes we would like in the CMP. It’s also up on the web for signatures by the public.
So if you want to know what may happen with/to our little corner of the world by changes to the CMP–ATTEND THE WORK SESSIONS.
