Attached is the protest my last newsletter said would be filed! At this point all 400+ Pro Se Opposers plus those with attorneys will need to be served our Protest. Your FCC II Board is working on putting together an email list for service (Each email address must be entered by hand because it’s the only way to develop an email list for service.) to save money so that the attorney doesn’t have to do it and we don’t run out of funds. Our attorney and the Board have been working hard on this, We must get this Protest served. Franktown, our water and all of you mean so much to the FCC II.
