Hi All,
I’m saddened and shocked. The Colorado Supreme Court ruled against us on our fight to try to stop Independence from expanding its uses of the Upper Dawson. Attached hereto is the court’s decision.
It’s sad news. But, regardless of the decision, we should be proud that we live in a community that came together to fight this.
