Hi Everyone,
First, thank you all who were able to come to court today. For those who were unable to make if, I hope you were able to listen in on line. Today was the culmination of our long, complicated fight to protect our wells.
This is a nessary “shout out” to our attorney, John Buchanan, who was outstanding! While there is never any guarantee of a court outcome, there aren’t enough words to thank John for the extraordinary job he did today in standing for Franktown’s and West Elbert County’s fight to protect our water. We have been blessed to have him as our attorney.
I will let all of you know as soon as the court’s decision comes out.
